I find the seal issue very interesting. I agree it is unspeakably cruel and unusual to skin them while they're still alive and in some cases just leave the bodies aside after the parts needed are harvested. BUT if you are legitimately hunting seal with a license, then it's no different than hunting deer or elk or slaughtering cows for hamburgers.
